Cancellation Policy

To reserve your move, contact us by phone, email, or online. A $50 Guaranteed Move Deposit is required to secure your date, truck, and crew. This deposit is non-refundable and does not apply toward your final payment under any circumstances. We require a 3-hour minimum per move, and payment is due upon arrival before loading begins. Customers may reschedule once free if done 48+ hours in advance; any reschedules within 24 hours or additional reschedules beyond the first require a $100 fee per reschedule.
